How much advance notice do you need for orders?

Please give me 1-2 weeks notice for regular orders, and at least 4 weeks notice for events.

What cake sizes do you offer, and how many people do they serve?

Here’s the thing, my family eats a lot of cake, and we all want seconds. So below is what Google tells me, but if you’re anything like my family, go bigger.

6” Round: Serves 6-11

8” Round: Serves 12-16

8” Heart: Serves 12-16

10” Round: Serves 16-20

1/4 Sheet Slab: Serves: 15-25

14” Round : Serves 60-75

Do you deliver?

No. I will disclose the pickup location when you order a cake, which is in downtown Rossland.

Do you make gluten free cake?

I can make cakes gluten free for an additional $10-$15, pending the size of the cake.

Do you make vegan cakes?

Not at this time!

Can you make cupcakes?

I am passionate about NOT making cupcakes for my own reasons, but I get that they are practical. There are other locals who make cupcakes and I suggest you seek them out!

Can you write a message on my cake?

Hard no.

I have a nut allergy, can you accommodate that?

Yes. All menu items that contain nuts or nut products will be noted. There will always be nut-free options on my menu, however it is IMPORTANT to note that my kitchen is NOT nut-free, and cross contamination can occur.

Can I customize my cake?

I do not make themed cakes, but if you are purchasing a cake off my menu and want to give me inspiration/tell me what it’s for, I can gladly incorporate that as I decorate, in my own style.

If you want a fully customized cake, flavour and all, it starts at $100 and we can discuss your requirements before finalizing a price!

When are you going to sell other desserts and pastries?

I am launching cakes first due to their demand and to test the waters. Behind the scenes, I am crafting a menu that will include ONE amazing cookie, tarts, squares, tea cakes, brioche danishes, and more. Let’s see how cakes do, ya?

While these items aren’t live on my menu, I would be excited to offer them as a part of an event. If interested, please send me an event request so we can discuss.
